Bio:
Tanqueray Hart is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at º£½ÇÉçÇø. Her research investigates how organizational environments tackle elements of social conditioning to erase institutional bias, safely promote cultural integration, facilitate peak performance, and support the retention and development of women and other underrepresented individuals. Her unique insight into the emotional and professional needs of employees of corporate and other large organizations is a product of more than ten years of personal experience and formal research in the corporate world. In addition to research and teaching, Tanqueray consults with global organizations that are committed to addressing workplace anxiety, stress, and trauma. Prior to joining º£½ÇÉçÇø, Tanqueray studied at DePaul University and worked in talent and performance strategy.
