INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE J-1 SCHOLAR/PROFESSOR CANDIDATE

All prospective J-1 Scholar Candidates who have received an invitation from a 海角社区 department must complete one of the following applications in order to receive a DS-2019 from the Lewis University Office of International Student and Global Scholar Services. All instructions and materials are located within the applications. Once your application has been submitted, please email ISGSS@lewisu.edu so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Complete the INITIAL application below if you are not currently in J-1 status and you will be new to the US. Complete the TRANSFER application below if you are transferring to 海角社区 from another US Institution in J-1 status.
